The page should be named "IDE plugin settings" instead of IntelliJ IDEA plugin settings.
The description text should bear in mind IDEA, Eclipse and VS plugins functionality.
I'd say it should be:
Specify the builds and events you want to be notified about in the IDE. Notifications are only available for IntelliJ IDEA and Eclipse.
