Suppose server has projects with nested VCS roots (e.g. svn://yavm-xp-bSrv/ and svn://yavm-xp-bSrv/simpleBuild), then:
When I fix a test in Eclipse and try to do delayed commit, personal build succeeds, it says commit was successful in the personal build change, but actually no changes are committed to the version control. The modified file stays modified in the Eclipse.
